Day 23: I am Thankful for Spontaneous Dance Parties

I love to dance but what I love more is seeing my kids to dance. It just makes me laugh watching their uncoordinated movements. Sam gets so into it and his facial expressions show it. The other night we were cleaning up the house so we turned on some music and before we know it all the kids are dancing instead of cleaning and Mikey's yelling, "Mommy come dance with us!" Who can resist. Lucy is up on the timeout chair shaking her hips for all it's worth and Conner and Mikey are jump spinning making themselves dizzy. It was too fun. Not as much cleaning got done but we had a lot of fun. Here's a picture of how we ended the evening. Dog pile on Conner.
