Neil and I decided to go to the Bon Jovi concert on March 22nd. I'm not sure why except Neil had a co-worker buying tickets so he called me to see if I wanted to go and my mom was here and said there's no question so we bought some tickets. We both grew up with him and are fans especially of their newer music. I can't believe they've been around for 30 years. I have only been to country concerts and Celine and I have to say he definitely delivered. I can't believe what good shape he is in at 50. He jumped around nonstop and had to change his shirt 3 times I think because he was so sweaty which I'm glad of because the sweat stains were starting to gross me out. It killed Neil. He kept saying he has the body I had at 20 and he's 50. I've never seen a more diverse audience. There were 8 year olds there all the way up to people in their 80's and everyone in between. It was fun to be with Neil and scream and sing loud and proud to all our favorites!
