Today went pretty good. I was able to use the new stroller and the boys fought over who got to ride in it so Sam got to ride half the time and Conner the other half. My visiting teachers came over and they seem nice. I am so happy I actually used up all my leftovers from last week. I'm not a leftover person except if it's enchiladas or ham or mashed potatoes or soup. Neil will eat anything but usually we end up throwing a lot of food away at the end of the week but not this time. I was creative and used it up in other ways. My mom makes the best pork chops and I just don't. Everytime I make them I have to call her and ask her how she does it and I swear I do everything she tells me and they just are not good. She bought a bunch while she was here and never cooked them so I got them and cooked them and needless to say there were leftovers and neither Neil or I wanted to eat them so I chopped them up tonight and made pork fried rice and it was so good. The secret is sesame oil. Makes all the difference. It really was so good I could eat some more right now. I was getting ready for bed at 10 and Neil asked me to help him bring the pantry doors in to see how they would fit so I did. I got so excited. They looked so good. Neil was going to paint the door and I all of a sudden got a burst of energy and we did it together. I am so excited. We still have to sheetrock and mud the sides. Neil's been reading up on how to do it so hopefully it will go well. I can't wait to have the pantry done. There are about 6 big bins in the garage of food and supplies I haven't unpacked yet waiting to be put in the pantry. I must say I enjoy working with Neil. It's actually a lot of fun and we get to talk and laugh. Sure beats watching tv. I like working on the house together. It's not so fun by myself. That's why so much gets done once Neil gets home. Sam is showing signs of readiness for potty training. He takes his diaper off himself whenever he is wet. I always find him in a room with no diaper or pants. Today he took off his diaper but there it was poopy. He proceeded to get the wipes and sit on my bedroom floor to wipe his bottom. All I can say is I am so thankful for my carpet cleaner. I no longer get upset about poop or vomit or dirt. It takes a couple minutes and it's gone. I got a costume for Mikey today off KSL. We are doing the Monsters Inc. theme again this year. The costumes still fit. Sam won' t wear his around his head though because the arm holes are too high and it looks like his arms are being pulled like a marionette. I found Mikey a caterpillar costume but it looks more like a random monster you would have seen in the movie. The boys are real excited for Friday. Our ward has a trunk and treat so that should be fun. We'll probably still go to a couple of neighbors houses too just so the boys can say trick or treat.

I'm getting excited to see some more pictures of your house! Patrick's costume is a little small on him too, I think we'll just not do the hood :D
