All Nighter

Well it's looking like it's going to be an all nighter tonight. I am too old for this. I've been painting all day and my dad and Neil are trying to finish the pantry and caulk and get the baseboards back up. My mom is so nervous once they leave nothing will get done and she has good right to think so because it probably won't because my three little boys always want to play with me. Tonight the faucet on the kitchen sink broke. It's a pull out and of course you can't buy a replacement you have to buy a whole faucet. The window on the driver side door also broke so that is going to the shop tomorrow. A little clip broke and of course the dealer won't sell you the clip you have to buy the window and everything. So the door panel has been off for a couple of days and I have to pull a wire to open the door. Boy do I feel like WT driving that thing. They boys were content to watch Thomas all day today. Oops I forgot to return it, going on the third day. I guess it's worth a dollar to keep the kids occupied so they don't touch the wet paint and get in Poppa's way. I was going to make my sister a red flapper dress for Halloween but I had to tell her no today. I still haven't unpacked my sewing stuff yet and really don't want to because then I'd want to sew and I just can't yet. I am really upset about Halloween. This is the first year in forever I haven't made costumes. I think we're going to wear the Snow White costumes this year if they still fit. I made some when we were dating and then we were going to wear them again two years later but you know how marriage can make you gain a few pounds. Well neither of them fit us so I made new ones and these better fit or I'm really going to be upset. I hope to get some pictures on the wall tomorrow. My poor mom knows how I hate to decorate and just won't buy anything so she's been looking everywhere for me. I think they should stay another week. They are going to Vegas for a couple of days to recoup. Boy do they need it. I bet they'll just end up sleeping all day, oh that would be nice.
