The Blessing of Children

Today Neil and I voted. When we got there we told it was a two hour wait and we had all 3 boys with us. We were prepared though, we brought treats and the portable dvd player. We weren't totally sure if we could since we had not registered in Layton yet but MY VT's me we should be able to with proof of residency. Neil went inside to ask someone and the lady had compassion on us with our three kids and let us go to the front of the line. We filled out paper ballots. I almost got emotional filling it out so thankful for the freedom to vote for whoever I wanted even though I may not have liked who was on the ballot we the people put them there and I still had the right to write someone in and I almost did. I love this country and also the blessing of my three boys! They saved us a lot of time.
