Busy Christmas Saturday

Saturday we woke up early to go have breakfast with Santa at Chick Fila.  Luckily the kids asked Santa for the same things as before.  

 The Cow Elf was there

 and he kept trying to eat Sammy's breakfast.  Spiderman even showed up to everyone's delight.

We went home and tried to clean a little and run a few errands before it was off to Lucy's dance recital.  She was so excited and was so cute.  I think she was most excited about getting to wear some makeup.

 Then off to the ward Christmas party.  Neil and Caleb started off the night playing Carol of the Bells by the TranSiberian Orchestra on their electric guitars.  Neil was glad to have reason to practice guitar.

 Neil was also asked to play the Grinch and Lucy as Cindy Lou Who.  

Lucy got stage fright (extremely tired) and wouldn't go on the stage unless she curled up on my lap and that didn't even last that long.  Luckily her friend Eden sat in.

After cleaning up we came home and watched Arthur's Christmas making for a very late night.
