This year for Neil and Grant's annual hike instead of it just being the two of them, they decided to invite the whole family. Stephanie had school work to do and being as it was a Saturday it was prime time for sewing so the ladies did not make this year but hopefully next. They had planned on going on a short hike about an hour but they ended up going on a 6 mile hike round trip, Grandeur Peak. I am amazed that my boys made it as they usually start getting tired after a couple blocks. Neil said there was plenty of complaining but they persevered. It was all going too well until Sam was throwing rocks and one ricocheted and hit Mikey in the mouth causing bleeding and 30 minutes of crying. Other than that I think it went pretty well and they were able to see the wonderful fall leaves.
