Camping

We took all four kids camping a couple of weeks ago and we had a great time. We went to Willard Bay. There was a campground as well as a beach and lake that we went to on Saturday. Of course our campsite was right by a dirt hill so within minutes of getting there all three boys were covered in dirt. At that moment I realized I have to give up my sanitation plan and just let them have fun. We had hot dogs and I made a chocolate turtle molten cake in the dutch oven that was mighty fine if I do say so myself. In the morning we made pancakes and a breakfast scramble. I cooked my bacon and eggs in a paper sandwich bag. It actually turned out, just not that filling.
This is how Lucy is all the time, even when camping and getting bit by mosquitos. We sprayed ourselves with spray but Conner still got bit really bad.

We can't wait to go again and hopefully will get one more trip in before it turns too cold.
