Sew Busy
I used to sew all the time before we moved but I have not had the motivation until I offered to make a Leila's blessing gown. I get so excited to sew for other people especially for little girls. Then I made a baptismal dress for my niece, Aurora in Indianapolis. That was harder because I had an idea in my head but could not find the fabric or embellishments I was looking for. Then I got a call from Heather asking if I could make the bridesmaid outfits for myself and Kelly and Allison. I also offered to make matching vests and ties for all the little boys, seven total. We're leaving in 2 weeks so I have got to get cracking. I work best under pressure. It's a little hard sewing with the boys because there is no good place to sew because no matter where I go they follow so I have set up my sewing station in the kitchen and the boys love to come over and watch and push all the buttons on my machine.
Hopefully after our trip I'll still have the sewing bug and will finally make the valances for our living room and the cushions for the window seat plus a temple dress. It's just not fun sewing for myself so I rarely do it.

Thanks for much for Aurora's dress. It was absolutely beautiful. She felt like a princess and I'm glad she'll have something that she can use for her daughters one day. We have two and a half more years to go before Graigry gets baptized. I don't know that Eric is going to have any special attire requests for the boys, but he may suprise me. We have 6 more years until we'll request another baptism dress for Neta (how's that for a heads up). Thanks for everything!
