I was Lost but Now I'm Found

Last May when we went on our Hibbert family vacation I brought my grill/griddle and when we got back I could not find the plug for it. We looked everywhere for it to no avail. Neil called the company to see if he could buy a new plug. He called the cabin we stayed at to see if I had left it there. Neither were a success. I've just been devastated because I love this griddle. We've gone almost a year without and I've hated making pancakes without it. Saturday I was looking for a part to the wheat grinder and lo and behold there was the plug in the back of the pantry. I swear we've looked in there so many times. I was so happy. Today was the first time using it in a year and I have fallen in love all over again.

The same thing happened with our digital camera. We thought we left it at this house before we bought it because that was the last time we remember having it. We thought the previous owners had swiped it. A year later, after we'd already bought a new one, Neil found it when he got the bike stroller out. There it was in one of the pockets. A positive is that we now have 2 cameras and I've been surprised how many times we've actually needed 2.
