Our Little Girl is 3!

Where has the time went?  I can't believe our little Lucy is 3!  We celebrated on President's Day since Neil had it off even though her birthday was on the 22nd.

Lucy loved going to Chuck E Cheese.

I made her a new dress up.  I think she most excited about getting a big wheel of 80 Crayola Twistable crayons.  She is definitely our little artist.
Grandma Hibbert came up on her actual birthday and spoiled her some more.

We are so glad to have a little girl in our family.  The boys love her and are so kind to her.  She loves the color pink.  She insists on wearing something pink almost every day.  She has this one pink church dress I finally had to hide because that is all she wants to wear and she has so many other dresses that need a turn too.  I am happy to say she was fully potty trained back in November and it was so easy too.  She really wanted to wear underwear but as soon as she would have an accident I'd put a diaper back on her for the rest of the day and we'd start again the next day.  Eventually she stopped having accidents.  I never pushed her.  It was all her.  She did have a set back after Christmas when she got really constipated and had to have a couple enemas and Miralax everyday.  It totally traumatized her but we made it through.

Lucy loves to color, paint and make perler bead creations.  I am amazed at how long she can sit and do those little beads.  So many of my friends often tell me how you can totally tell she has all brothers.  It always makes me nervous.  Is she being mean and rough but they say no it's just how she plays with toys.  She usually goes for the cars and little figures and having them crash into things and making all the sound effects.  She is a little princess as well and likes to dress up.

Lucy loves to dance.  She always is asking for music to be turned on and she'll just dance away by herself.  She has recently started to walk on her very tippy toes like a ballerina.  It just makes me cringe.  I really need to get her into dance but need to wait for things to settle down around here.
