It's a Girl
I found out we are most likely having a girl. Neil was not able to come and I forgot the tape to record it so Neil is still not 100% convinced without the concrete evidence. We both figured we were destined to have a house full of boys, which isn't a bad thing. We're definitely excited yet nervous. We are so into boy stuff what will this new addition bring and change? Before we told the boys we asked them if they would like a new baby brother or sister and they all said a sister and were so excited that it's going to be a girl so that's a good thing. I think having Leila around the last few months has really got them accustomed to baby girls and they adore her so I hope they like our baby just as much. I always said if I had a little girl I was going to go crazy sewing stuff for her but I just don't know if I can right now. I am just too tired. I've decided I'm not even going to make our Halloween costumes this year, a first in 8 years. Now that's hard for me to admit but I just don't think I can do it and I'll end up just stressed. My doctor thinks I'm probably getting a little dehydrated (a problem with each pregnancy) since my blood work and pressure is fine and I need to drink up. I keep trying to tell if there has been much difference between this pregnancy and the other three and the only thing is the severe fatigue and gaining weight faster and more of it. With this pregnancy, right now I'm halfway but I'm as big and heavy as I was when I delivered the three boys. Another difference with this one is I'm not very emotional which I find strange. With the boys I would cry over what to make for dinner, anything and I haven't cried once this pregnancy even though many times I wanted to, but the tears just won't come. I also don't have any cravings other just fried junky foods in general (maybe that's why I'm putting on the weight so fast). With the boys I always craved Mexican and McDonald's chicken nuggets with sweet and sour sauce. So far everything is looking good and my fluid levels are up so I'm prayind I don't get put on bedrest. I'm just scared this baby is going to be huge. I'm just glad the pressure is off. We're having a girl!

Pink stuff. That's what you get when you have a girl. And you get to accessorize!
Hip Hip Hooray!!! Girls are SO MUCH FUN!!! You will love her, and she will be gorgeous! I hope she gets your black hair Amy! CONGRATS!!!!! I am so excited for you!
Amy-congrats-you know we love girls here at our house:) I am excited for you and Neil. Hope you continue to feel well and that you get some energy back soon!
I am so excited for you all! Three big brothers for her. Speaking from experience, you're in good hands with a Hibbert brother. Neil is toast. His will stands no chance against his little girl.
Congratulations you guys! Girls are so fun. Don't worry about sewing clothes for her, just stock up on bows - easy and girly! Abi loves having bows in her hair. And Lili is so bald that it's good for her too. :)
I'm catching up on your posts again and am so excited to find you are pregnant!!! And it's a girl!! She will be the most protected little thing with all those brothers. And she'll need it if she gets your looks! (Nothing personal Neil your wife is cute!) Congratulations! We need to see some belly pictures. I remember you coming back to church after your second and I thought I was in the twilight zone because you didn't even look like you had had a baby!!!
