For bend the rules day, Conner actually wanted to do crazy hair and he wanted to just spike it. This is big for him. I think it's the first time he's ever done crazy hair that remember. He said he wanted to be silly. It's also the first time he let me put gel and hairspray in his hair. He really wants his hair to be on the long side so I'm letting go and letting him do it, although I hate it.
He is such a hard kid to buy clothes for right now. He really doesn't care what he wears and rarely matches and when I try to get him to change his clothes, he'll tell me school is not a fashion show. I think to myself, just wait until junior high. I'm trying to help him look more fashionable but he's prefer to wear comfy clothes all the time like sweat pants and athletic shorts. I bought him some plaid shorts to go with some polo shirts and broad striped tshirts and he won't wear the shorts or shirts because he says they look weird. He wants plain shorts.
