Contractors

So we're getting bids on the basement and it's totally mind boggling to me to get the bids and see the difference in price. One charges twice as much as another for the exact same job. Of course none of the bids are itemized so I am not able to see where the discrepancy is. Neil really wants to get a book and do it himself. I'm just not so sure.
